Our warranty policy
Evergreen Dental offers one of the most comprehensive warranty policies among dental clinics in Budapest, as we are fully confident in the quality of our treatments and in the work of our dental technicians from our master laboratory. The validity of the warranty can only be determined following a personal examination in Budapest, and regular participation in the annual check-up is a key prerequisite for maintaining the warranty.

We would like to emphasize that the longevity of your new teeth largely depends on you. With proper oral care and careful handling, you can do the most to maintain your smile—well beyond the warranty period.
What happens if I have a warranty case?
Send us a brief description of the problem by e-mail, fax or via the contact form and send us a photo of the concerned area. It is important that you notify us within 24 hours of discovering the problem.
A prerequisite for the warranty is to attend to an annual check-up (at least once a year) and a professional dental cleaning. You can have this annual check-up exclusively at Evergreen Dental. We will remind you every year when your regular check-up is due, ensuring you are never left alone. We will also guide you on how to best care for your teeth so it lasts for many years.
Please note that the we cannot undertake guarantee for the finished work in case of the any signs or proof that there were dental interventions at another dentistry, especially without us knowing it.
If problems are found during annual check-ups, the patient may go home but must return for repairs within a maximum of 12 weeks or will lose the warranty.
Circumstances that endanger the longevity of dentures are primarily allergies, diabetes and heavy smoking. In these cases, two annual check-ups are a prerequisite for the warranty to be valid and also a professional dental cleaning (with a frequency recommended by our dentist).
Evergreen Dental Kft. provides a one-time contribution of maximum EUR 180 to patients whose warranty problems are evidentially arising from the default of Evergreen Dental Kft. It can only be judged on the spot (at Evergreen Dental’s clinic), at a pre-agreed date specified by Evergreen Dental. We do not take over any costs in advance. We only take over these maximum EUR 180 reimbursement in case of reaching EUR 2,000 treatment value and if it was fully paid.

For removable prostheses, improper cleaning invalidates the guarantee.
The warranty becomes invalid if the dental work has been changed in any way by the patient or a third party, or in case there are damages of any kind due to improper handling or exposure. Furthermore, we reserve the right to have the dental work examined by an independent expert witness.
The warranty covers necessary repairs or reproduction of the dental work. The warranty does not include plastic and composite parts, temporary solutions and extensions or linings of the prostheses as well as any future root canal treatments or treatment of infections/inflammations. Evergreen Dental is not liable for future complications that were not visible or predictable on the X-ray or during the consultation and treatment at Evergreen Dental.
