How the Travel Planning Works?

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a personalized proposal for your stay in Budapest.
You simply let us know whether you would like to accept or adjust the offer.

Once the package price is confirmed:

  • We book your hotel
  • Organize transfers
  • And send all important details by email

Please remember to check in on time and follow the airport pickup instructions.

After our Sales Team has agreed with you on your treatment plan and a possible date for your visit, a suitable travel itinerary will be sent to you from your preferred airport, based on available flights and open appointments. We always aim to provide you with the most convenient options. Please note that this is a suggestion only, and we kindly ask you to book your flight independently.

Please remember that this is an offer, and flight prices may change, for which we cannot take responsibility. Once you have booked your flight, you will receive a confirmation with all necessary details. Please check in online 24 to 3 hours before departure using the airline website, your booking code, email address, or last name.

To confirm your flight, please provide the following information:

  • A copy or photo of your travel documents (passport / ID card)
  • A copy or photo of travel documents for any accompanying person
  • A valid phone number you will have with you upon arrival
  • Any additional requests
  • Proof of payment

Please let us know if you require additional luggage (10 kg or 20 kg) or any other extra services for an additional fee. If you do not request this by email, the flight will be booked automatically without extra services. You will still have the option to add extras before check-in.

If you are traveling with an accompanying person, please provide all their details as well. If you do not provide the name and date of birth of your companion, your flight and hotel will be booked automatically for one person only.

Please complete online check-in 24 to 3 hours before departure on the airline’s website using your booking code and the email address travel@evergreendent.com, and/or your last name.

Do not leave check-in to the last minute. Allow us enough time to assist if any issues arise. In case of problems, you can check in at the airport counter for an additional fee. Evergreen Dental is not responsible for extra costs incurred during check-in issues.

If you would like to use the airport shuttle service, please provide:

  • Arrival/departure date and time
  • Airport terminal
  • Flight number
  • Hotel name and address

Your shuttle service will be confirmed once you receive the confirmation email. Please read all instructions carefully and follow them.

First, read the transfer confirmation email carefully, as it contains all necessary details. Upon arrival at Budapest Airport, please turn on your phone, as your driver will contact you. Follow the instructions provided, and if any problems occur, call the emergency number or the number listed in the message. If you choose to take a taxi instead, please note that Evergreen Dental will not cover additional costs.

Bookings made through Evergreen Dental are binding and non-refundable. Flight tickets cannot be refunded, and hotel accommodations and airport transfers cannot be canceled within 24 hours of arrival. If you are unable to travel due to illness or other reasons, please notify us as soon as possible so we can cancel and minimize your costs.

If you would like taxi service between your hotel and the clinic, please inform us 2 days before your appointment. The taxi will pick you up 30 minutes before your treatment. Please meet the taxi in front of your hotel. The round-trip taxi service costs €20.

We offer a wide selection of partner hotels, ranging from 3-star to luxury categories, as well as apartments, ensuring options for every comfort level. Please let us know your preferred hotel so we can reserve it for you. Hotel rooms are subject to availability. Prices include breakfast and VAT but may vary during peak seasons or special events. Hotel bills are settled directly with the hotel, not at the clinic reception.

If you organize your trip alone, please plan to arrive at least 4 hours before your first treatment and be available until 8 PM on the day of your last treatment, as stated in our terms and conditions.

Liszt Ferenc Airport is located approximately 20 km outside Budapest and has two terminals: 2A and 2B, which are within walking distance of each other. Typically, Terminal 2A handles flights within the Schengen Area, while 2B serves flights to and from outside the Schengen Area. Terminal 1 is no longer in use. More information: https://www.bud.hu/

The official currency is HUF – Hungarian Forint (1€ ≈ 370 HUF). In some tourist areas, you may pay in €, but in most places, HUF is required. Credit and debit cards are widely accepted.

Budapest has an excellent public transport system with buses, trams, and metro lines, offering a safe and convenient way to get around. A single ticket costs approximately €1 and can be purchased at ticket machines or counters at stations. For longer stays, we recommend a 3-day or weekly pass. The clinic is located directly on Metro Line 1 or Tram Lines 4-6.
