Payment methods

At Evergreen Dental you don’t have to make any upfront payments and you only pay for the treatment you received.  We accept various payment methods.  When you decide to go ahead with the treatment, 100% of the fees of the actual treatment are due at the beginning when signing the treatment plan.

The accepted payment methods are the following:

You can pay in the following currencies:

Euro – Hungarian Forint – Great British Pounds – Swiss Franc – US Dollars – Danish Crowns

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). In order to keep the banking costs low, we work with a special service provider for our terminal payments that allows us to take payment in Hungarian Forint at the daily exchange rate. This way you can save up to £67 in charges by your bank.

Important: please make sure that your credit or debit card limit is set according to your treatment plan with regards to payments abroad. If you are unsure please get in touch with your financial institute.

SEPA European transfers using IBAN and Swift-Code allow a bank transfer without any extra charges other than the fees set by your bank.  This is one of the most popular payment methods as no cash has to be carried around and also no card limitations hinder the payment. You have the possibility to make an online payment at our clinic.

Important: if you choose this payment method please keep in mind that 50% of the due amount for the actual treatment have to be paid when signing the treatment plan and before commencing the treatment, the other 50% at the end of the actual treatment before leaving the clinic.

If you cancel your dental treatment within 5 days before starting the treatment, we claim 200 EUR compensation as a cancellation fee.
In case if dental treatment under general anesthesia has been cancelled, the patient is obliged to pay the cost of 4 hours of anesthesia (4 * 290 EUR).

Duration of the treatment

Unless it is not negotiated differently during the dental checkup, the treatment days – included in treatment plan – are always full working days during which the patient should be available between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

We always try our best to schedule the treatment as comfortable as possible and of course we take into consideration the date of arrival and departure. Our travel department is happy to manage your travel including your flight, stay and transfer.
