At Evergreen Dental we accept various payment methods.  When you decide to go ahead with the treatment, 100% of the fees of the actual treatment are due at the beginning when signing the treatment plan.

The accepted payment methods are the following:

CASH

You can pay in the following currencies:

Euro – Hungarian Forint

DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). In order to keep the banking costs low, we work with a special service provider for our terminal payments that allows us to take payment in Hungarian Forint at the daily exchange rate.

Important: please make sure that your credit or debit card limit is set according to your treatment plan with regards to payments abroad. If you are unsure please get in touch with your financial institute.

BANK TRANSFER

SEPA European transfers using IBAN and Swift-Code allow a bank transfer without any extra charges other than the fees set by your bank.  This is one of the most popular payment methods as no cash has to be carried around and also no card limitations hinder the payment.

Important: if you choose this payment method please keep in mind that 100% of the due amount for the actual treatment have to be paid when signing the treatment plan and before commencing the treatment.

If the customer cancels an ongoing dental treatment within 10 working days before starting the next treatment session, he / she is obliged to pay a cancellation fee of 550 EUR to the service provider and to reimburse the costs incurred up to that time.

We would like to inform you that we are only allowed to book your general anesthesia in case of 1160 € prepayment, paid by bank transfer. If the general anesthesia is a smaller amount in your treatment plan, then at least the cost of the general anesthesia must be paid in advance.
In case if dental treatment under general anesthesia has been cancelled, the patient is obliged to pay the cost of 4 hours of anesthesia

Duration of the treatment

Unless it is not negotiated differently during the dental checkup, the treatment days – included in treatment plan – are always full working days during which the patient should be available between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

We always try our best to schedule the treatment as comfortable as possible and of course we take into consideration the date of arrival and departure. Our travel department is happy to manage your travel including your flight, stay and transfer.
